Alblasserdam, 21 October, 2007 - Sunday 21 October Peter Heeren applied kit in the seams of the tiles and all other seams in the kitchen. Thereby he finished the kitchen area. Elco Lagendijk and Pleun Punt mounted Venetian blinds above the windows. As the Venetian blinds were only sold in one length, which was double the length we needed, almost half of it was removed in shortening. After shortening it took some fiddling to get the lower bar straight again. Peter Heeren and Peter Leemker set the thermostat control in the workshop. Peter Leemker screwed brackets under the large shelves in the workshop as they were sagging. He also mounted a lighting unit under the shelf above the lathe.

The first Venetian blind before it was shortened. Elco Lagendijk shortens a Venetian blind. Finished Venetian blinds. Peter Heeren and Peter Leemker are setting the thermostat control of the workshop. Peter Leemker had screwed brackets under the large shelves in the workshop as they were sagging.
