NAVRO club house construction 2
Alblasserdam, 28 February, 2007 - After the construction of the club house started a week earlier with it's frame, Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 February contracting firm W.F. de Jong made connections for water, electricity and sewer.
Tuesday afternoon a trench digger had just lifted the last concrete slab.
Laying the electricity cable.
Digging near the threshold of the gate.
There used to be an acetylene plant on this site. During the dig they unearthed a zinc bucket, debris and lime. The lime was left over from carbide, which they used in the plant to make acetylene gas.
Our sewer was connected to this septic tank, but first it had to be emptied, which wasn't done for a while...
The trench to our corner.
Wednesday afternoon the trenches where almost covered again.
The covered trench seen from our corner.
What comes out of the ground.
