If you want to visit the NLD32 read the invitation and application form you can download below. Send your application form before 8 August 2010 to the NAVRO.
If you want to launch rockets, you will have to email the for an AFR (Application Form for Rocket launching). The AFR must also be send to the NAVRO before 8 August 2010.
